Description: The Société d’histoire de Pointe-Saint-Charles is conducting a walking tour entitled: des manufactures au quartier ouvrier. Learn about the manufacturers of the Pointe when it was the centre of economic activity in Montreal, and about the lives and actions of working class folk throughout Pointe-Saint-Charles history: the industrial revolution, the early 20th Century, de-industrialization of the neighbourhood, and today.

Language: Tour will be conducted in French, but the guides can answer questions in English.
