Garde-Manger Pour Tous is an integral part of life for many people in Southwest part of Montreal. Here are some of the things that they do…
- Collects non-perishable foods from local businesses and organisations
- Distributes non-perishable foods to food banks and shelters throughout the Sud-Ouest and downtown Montreal.
- Provides 2500 nutritious meals daily to children at 19 schools in the Sud-Ouest
- Conducts nutrition workshops in collaboration with community groups in St-Henri, Little Burgundy, and Pte-St-Charles. These workshops help people learn how to shop, prepare, and cook nutritious foods.
- Provides skills training and development to persons who are not ready to enter the labour market
