The details of the “Projet Griffintown” have been released. The large development project doesn’t include the Canada Post site, but it does include the area surrounding the Peel Basin. The plans include condominiums, commercial space, concert hall, two hotels, parks, and rental housing for students, seniors, and low-income earners.
