There are several neighbourhood round tables (tables de concertation) in the arrondissement Sud-Ouest and Verdun. These round-table groups have representatives from various community groups. The Tables work on collective/common projects and issues that are occurring in the neighbourhood. In addition, the tables de concertations act as a lobby on behalf of their organizations.
The city of Montreal has a website about the Tables de concertation, visit: www2.ville.montreal.qc.ca/cmsprod/fr/concertations/
